Herzlich willkommen in Haus Cabana!
CABANA ist ein Luxus-Doppelhaushälfte in den Dünen zwischen den Dörfern Nes und Buren in der Nähe des Nordseestrandes von Ameland. Das Haus wurde 2021 gebaut und mit allem Luxus ausgestattet. Das Ferienhaus wird pro Woche von Samstag 15.00 Uhr bis Samstag 10.00 Uhr vermietet. Sie können das Haus mit einem großen Schlafzimmer mit geräumigem Badezimmer für maximal 2 Personen oder für maximal 4 Personen mit einem zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer und einem zweiten kleinen Badezimmer mieten.
Bei Anmietung bis 4 Personen: extra Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzel-Boxspringbetten, Schreibtisch, Schrank, kleine Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken.
Das Haus ist rauchfrei, für junge kinder weniger geeignet (offene Treppe, kein Treppengitter, keine Spielgeräte und kein Kinderbett vorhanden).
Es gibt Fußbodenheizung . Der Parkplatz verfügt, gegen Zahlung, über eine Ladestation für Elektroautos.
Die Betten sind bei der Ankunft bezogen und Handtücher und Bademäntel werden gestellt, bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mit.
Haustiere sind in CABANA nicht erlaubt. maximal 4 Personen

Apartment de Vleyen befindet sich am Strandweg 42A in Nes Ameland
von Januar 2022 steht Ihnen das 4-Personen-Apartment de Vleijen für Ihren Aufenthalt auf Ameland zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich neben dem Nordseehotel in Nes und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit einer schönen großen Terrasse. die Wohnung grenzt direkt an das schöne Naturschutzgebiet "De Vleijen". Sie können hier wandern und Rad fahren und für die Kinder gibt es in diesem Naturschutzgebiet wunderbare Spielattraktionen.
Haustiere: 1 Hund ist nach Absprache erlaubt
Wohnzimmer: Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete große Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein geräumiges Ecksofa, viel Stauraum, einen 55 Zoll Smart-TV. Die offene Küche im Wohnzimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Quooker, Kombi-Backofen und Nespresso.
Schlafzimmer : Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer an der Vorderseite hat ein Doppelbett mit 1 Bettdecke (Größe 220x240 cm) und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten mit Decken (Größe 140 x 200).
Bettwäsche : 9,00 pro Person, Handtücher können Sie selbst mitbringen
Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Waschbecken, eine große Badewanne und eine geräumige Dusche. Die Waschmaschine finden Sie auch im Badezimmer
Parkplatz: Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, es gibt auch einen privaten geschlossenen Abstellraum / Fahrradschuppen.
Ausstattung: Mieter der Wohnung können das Hallenbad, die Sauna und die Liegewiese im/in der Nähe des angrenzenden Hotels Noordzee kostenlos nutzen, hier können Sie auch mit 10 % Ermäßigung Frühstück, Mittag- und/oder Abendessen einnehmen.
Ponderosa
Ab Frühjahr 2022 steht Ihnen das 6-Personen-Ferienhaus Ponderosa für Ihren Urlaub auf Ameland zur Verfügung.
Ponderosa liegt wunderschön frei in den Dünen mit der Nordsee 200 Meter entfernt, Sie gehen direkt hinter dem Haus zum Strand von Ameland.
Ponderosa ist ein Luxushaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, großem Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und einer großen Terrasse im Süden und Westen
im Untergeschoss befinden sich Waschmaschine/Trockner, Toilette, ein großer Wellnessbereich mit großem Whirlpool, Dampfkabine, Regendusche und Sauna.
2 Schlafzimmer und viel Stauraum.
Das Schlafzimmer "Hugo Kaagman" ist etwas Besonderes, ganz in Delfter Blau
Im ersten Stock befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und WC
In der Halle gibt es ausreichend Stauraum für Ihre Fahrräder, Surfbretter, Golfcarts etc.

Welcome in house Cabana
CABANA is a semi-detached luxury holiday home in the dunes between the villages of Nes and Buren near the North Sea beach of Ameland. The house was built in 2021 and equipped with every luxury. The holiday home is rented out per week from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. You can rent the house with a large bedroom with a spacious bathroom for a maximum of 2 persons or for a maximum of 4 persons with an extra bedroom and a second small bathroom.
When rented for max. 4 persons: 2nd bedroom with 2 single box spring beds, desk, linen cupboard, small bathroom with shower and sink.
House Cabana is non-smoking, less suitable for small children (open staircase, no stair gate, no play equipment and no cot available).
floor heating . The parking lot has a charging station for electric cars.
The beds are made upon arrival and towels and bathrobes are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
No pets are allowed in CABANA. Max. 4 persons

Appartment de Vleyen
from January 2022 the 4-person apartment de Vleijen will be available for your stay on Ameland. The apartment is located next to the North Sea hotel in Nes and is situated on the ground floor with a beautiful large terrace. the apartment borders directly on the beautiful nature reserve "De Vleijen". You can walk and cycle here and for the children there are wonderful play attractions in this nature reserve.
Pets: 1 dog is allowed in consultation
Living room : the tastefully decorated large living room has a spacious corner sofa , plenty of cupboard space , a 55 inch smart TV . The open kitchen in the living room is fully equipped including a dishwasher , Quooker , combi oven and Nespresso .
Bedrooms : There are two bedrooms. The bedroom at the front has a double bed with 1 duvet (size 220x240 cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds with duvets (size 140 x 200).
You can bring towels yourself or rent them on Ameland, bed linen 9.00 per person
The bathroom has a sink, large bath and a spacious shower. You will also find the washing machine in the bathroom
parking: the apartment has its own parking space, there is also a private closed storage / bicycle shed.
Facilities: tenants of the apartment can make free use of the indoor swimming pool, sauna and sunbathing area in/near the adjacent Hotel Noordzee, here you can also have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner with a 10% discount.
Ponderosa
From the spring of 2022, the 6-person holiday home Ponderosa will be available for your holiday on Ameland.
Ponderosa is beautifully free in the dunes with the North Sea 200 meters away, you walk directly behind the house to the beach of Ameland.
Ponderosa is a luxury house with 3 bedrooms, large living room with open kitchen and a large terrace on the south and west.
In the basement are the washer/dryer, toilet, a large wellness area with a large spa bath, steam cabin, rain shower and sauna.
2 bedrooms and plenty of closet space.
The "hugo Kaagman" bedroom is special, completely in delft blue
on the first floor is the master bedroom with private bathroom and toilet
